Cancelation Policy

Thank you for trusting Chambersburg Acupuncture, LLC to be a part of your health care team. When you schedule an appointment with Chambersburg Acupuncture, LLC we set aside time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact the office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:

• Effective January 5th, 2023 - any established patient who fails to show, cancels, or reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be required to pay the full treatment price of the missed appointment, in addition to prepaying for their next appointment.

• Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.

• Any new patient who fails to arrive for their initial visit will have their $80.00 prepay forfeited and will be required to make an additional $80.00 prepay in order to reschedule. The deposit will be credited to the cost of the treatment when the patient arrives. If the new patient misses another initial visit, the second $80.00 prepay will not be refunded and that individual will not be able to schedule any further treatments.

New Patient Prepay Policy

Effective 10/15/20 all new patients will be required to prepay $80 towards their initial visit. The money will be due at the time of scheduling. This money will effectively reserve the two hour time slot for the new patient.

The $80 will go towards the cost of the initial visit when the patient arrives on time to their appointment.

Should the patient fail to arrive to their appointment on time, no greater than 15 minutes late, the $80 will be non-refundable.

Should the patient fail to give adequate 24 hours notice of the need to cancel or reschedule the appointment the money will be non-refundable. When the patient gives adequate 24 hour notice of needing to cancel or reschedule the full amount of $80 will be refunded.

The purpose of this policy is to decrease the number of new patient no shows, decrease the amount of over head time, and increase the amount of available time for other patients.
